I was luck enough to go to Bradgate Park, near Leicester to photograph deer on a workshop with Nature's Images. It was dark when we met at 6.30am, hoping for the beautiful light of sunrise. That was not to be but we had a lovely day watching fallow deer and red deer.
The fallow deer were in groups and there were 2 bucks who were having a tussle - they started by "parallel walking" which is a challenge:

It was impossible to work out who won, but one of them said it was him:
